Welcome to the School of Journalism
Every year, hundreds of talented students enter the work world after graduating from Carleton University’s prestigious Bachelor of Journalism, Master of Journalism and Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies programs. Hundreds more are available for apprenticeships and part-time or full-time jobs during the academic year and the summer months. This site brings together our highly qualified and multi-skilled students and recent graduates with employers in the fields of both journalism and communication.
In order to be eligible for the School’s Apprenticeships Program you must be a senior student enrolled in one of our Journalism degree programs.For students enrolled in the Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies program, please contact the faculty representative or your Co-op Student Advisor (contact information on the Co-op and Career Services website) to inquire about available opportunities.
