Team co-captain <a href=\"http:\/\/paralympic.ca\/patrice-dagenais\">Patrice \u201cPico\u201d Dagenais<\/a> is the president of Ottawa\u2019s local wheelchair rugby team, the <a href=\"http:\/\/paralympic.ca\/ottawa-stingers-wheelchair-rugby-club\">Ottawa Stingers<\/a>.
