She has her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in psychology and sociology from the University of Manitoba. While at JU, she played division I soccer, and is continuing her athletic career at Carleton as the goalie for the varsity women\u2019s soccer team. Her passion for food security and social justice led her to volunteer in multiple food banks where she conducted her own community cooking groups. His passion in writing is what drove him to start his master\u2019s degree in Journalism at Carleton University. He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree majoring in psychology from the University of British Columbia. He&#8217;s currently attending Carleton University doing a Master of Journalism, and brings a background in health and education and a love for photography and the outdoors to Food for Ott. Dexter is experiencing his first Ottawa winter.
