Thank you to the various players, coaches, agents, managers and educators who offered me the privilege of gathering their insight, knowledge and stories.<\/p>\n

This is a story that I have wanted to tell for quite some time. I am extremely grateful to Carleton University’s school of journalism for giving me the opportunity to pursue it, as well as the Kesterton Endowment Fund for the financial support I received.<\/p>\n

In addition, I’d also like to extend my gratitude to my family and friends, who have been a constant source of encouragement.<\/p>\n
