The story takes you to three places in the disctrict \u2013 the village of Shivrajpur, the town of Varvala and the city of Dwarka.<\/p>\n<p>This district is along northwestern coast of the Gujarat state, bordering the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Kutch.<\/p>\n<p>The village, town and city are close to the beach and have sandy grounds that come from the sea. Camels and cows are abundant, as are dogs and livestock like chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Dwarka itself is considered to be a holy city where Lord Krishna \u2013 a main Indian deity \u2013 built his kingdom. The ancient Dwarkadeesh temple attracts visitors and makes this place a pilgrimage and tourist destination for many.<\/p>\n<p>Women in the Dwarka area have one hospital to go to. It has two gynaecologists and no pediatricians. If the doctors aren\u2019t available when women need them, they have to travel about two hours away to get the care they need.<\/p>\n<p>The only hospital is a public facility that is funded by the government and offers free services to people.
