Midweek got on its bike this week and did a tour that took it from tornado damage to endangered heritage property, onward to the local crafters at Etsy’s fall market, up colourful new ramps on Bank Street, and beyond to the outlook for wee investors and protecting indigenous rights in the latest trade agreement. Oh — and a superhero, of course: Señora Bicicletta.

A New Season Begins (with a bit of practice)!
Each Midweek season starts with an in-house “dry run” show where we make mistakes and learn from the experience before going live on air to the Ottawa region on CKCU-FM — but our Sept. 19 practice program was both a learning experience AND a darned good radio show…so we’re sharing it with you too!
