This week, those touched by musician Gord Downie shared praise and sadness over all he gave us and all that’s now lost. We also heard voices raised against ongoing violence faced by women, and about students struggling to cope with stress. But we had life’s other side, too: magical Japanese papercutting called Kamikiri — and a canoe trip to the woods to cook a turkey and listen to loons.
