Laurent Mougeot grew up on the streets of France in a rough neighbourhood. This forced him to learn about ways to protect himself through self-defence martial arts. He now teaches a unique kind of self-defence called Krav Maga because he wants the community to also be able to protect themselves from potential attackers.
