We visit spin instructor Laura Moran and get a look at what it’s like to attend a spin class. We also see Olivia Estay and her routine preparing for spin class, which she says is beneficial to her health. Finally we hear from physiotherapist Marjolein Groenvelt, who describes the physical impacts of spinning.
